I feel horrible now =/
My girlfriend called me early this morning and woke me up because she forgot her charger at her house and asked me to bring it to her. She lives about 30 minutes away from so I wouldn’t have mind getting it and meeting her at the train station except she was already at work and wanted me to bring it to her job in the city. Which would take me about 2 hours (1 hour there 1 hour back maybe more since it was 8:30 so rush hour)
I told her no, and gave her other options like going to a store, asking other people in the office ect.
Not one person in the office (of like 10 floors) had a charger. Staples was being a dick and telling her they don’t accept just credit card information and they had to have the card itself. She didn’t have enough cash because chargers are expensive as shit (60)
So she called me again afterwards (this was only about an hour later so around 945ish) and asked me to bring it to her again, I told her that best buy has an option to buy it online and pick it up in store. She said the closest best buy was kind of far, and asked me to bring it to her again. I told her that that was asking so much of me and that by the time I get there it would be around 11:30 anyway.
She wound up calling her Dad (which she didn’t want to do because her dad’s a dick) and he said no too. She had to go to best buy.
I feel like shit now, because I’m supposed to be the one she depends on. Not a stupid dick like her Dad.
